This year, I never could have imagined that having a blog like this, would have such an impact on other people’s lives. All those great comments and emails I got have been a huge motivation for me to go on with my blog and share the blessings that I have from taking paid surveys.

Can I share a few of my thoughts as I drove to the grocery store the other day?

So there I was driving in the early evening and enjoying the lunar eclipse when suddenly I was struck with thoughts about the future. More of a conscience call actually. I thought about how unemployment was holding steady at 10% and why so many Americans are relying on welfare for their day-to-day existence. I thought about the economy in general this Christmas season and how hard it was for some of us considering it is the season of joy.

Many people must be experiencing a whole lot of worry and grief as they go from one job interview to the other. Aching for that call that never comes.  It must be a nerve-wracking experience, something I have not gone through in a long while. I wish I can tell them that’s there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. That they are not alone in their plight and that there are different ways and means to earn. Not just to get by and survive but to make a decent living.

I’m talking about doing paid online surveys. This work has not just saved me but also gave me a hope and a future to rally on and believe that all is not lost. And indeed all is not. People need to believe that they can make a difference in this world. That their standard of living should not be based on the economy and where it’s headed.
