Toluna USA is an online community owned and operated by the Toluna Group. Toluna is a leading global online market research panel and survey technology company with US headquarters in Dallas, Texas and global headquarters in Paris France. Toluna has members covering over 33 countries around the world. The Toluna Group has, in the past few years, acquired several other survey companies such as Greenfield Online, Ciao Surveys and Give Us Your 2 Cents as part of its expansion efforts in North America.
Members can get paid taking surveys, creating polls, creating opinion topics (including embedding YouTube videos or images), voicing opinions. These activities and actions earn them points. Although points have no cash value, members need to accrue 60,000 points in order to redeem for cash. Points may only be redeemed in increments of 60,000. Points expire and are forfeited and cancelled if the member is inactive for 6 months. Toluna USA is open to international registrants but rewards are only available to those in the US and Canada.
Toluna USA is a legitimate site but there have been some issues concerning redemption of points and prizes attributed to technical reasons. Overall, with Toluna, there are many ways to earn points aside from free paid surveys. Members can even use their social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to share polls they create.
