USA Talk Now is a market research panel owned and operated by Interactive Tracking Systems, Inc. (Itracks). Itracks is a Canadian company located in Saskatchewan and is a leading provider of data collection for market research companies.
Members earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards and cash (via PayPal) for their participation and successful completion of market research projects hosted by Itracks clients. Members who have accumulated and unredeemed points of more than 6,000 more have 30 days to redeem points in excess of 6,000 otherwise these excess points will expire immediately. USA Talk Now also has incentives for its Facebook and Twitter followers.
Surveys are not as frequent as most members would like averaging at around 3 per month but those who do receive invitations say that the rewards are high paying. Aside from the regular online surveys, members who qualify to participate in online discussions (focus groups) can earn between $25 to $100 more or less.
